Weeee!!! It’s first impressions time 🙂 This week I’m reviewing the Too Cool For School Egg Mousse Pack. I got mine from Memebox, which is one of my favorite websites for buying Korean cosmetics, so if you want one too, you can pick one up HERE. As for a little background for this product, it is one of Too Cool For School’s best selling products.
Let’s get to the breakdown…
Like a mask made out of real eggs, this mask is meant to improve the moisture balance of your skin as well as firm and add elasticity to your skin.
Application…
In the video, I used a ping-pong ball sized amount like the directions on Memebox said, however, I’d say you could use a little less. I used the amount pictured above and then ended up having too much product! haha. Then, just smooth it on your skin in an even layer 🙂
Process…
After you have spread the mask on your skin and massaged it for a minute, then let the mask sit for 10-20 minutes or until all the bubbles have popped.
Texture…
When applying this to your face at first, the mask is SO smooth. It’s actually quite enjoyable massaging this into your skin. However, after all the bubbles have popped, your skin feels very sticky. This was my biggest complaint with this mask, but you just wash it off so it’s really not a big deal!
Effects…
After I washed this off my skin and patted my face dry, my skin felt incredibly smooth! I can definitely see why this is a best selling product for Too Cool For School. My pores felt smaller, my skin felt so soft and smooth, and my face didn’t feel overly dry!
Results…
Like I mentioned above, this mask left my face feeling so nice! Definitely a nice pick-me-up! I feel like this would be great for all skin-types because I have dry skin and my face felt clean and clear but didn’t feel dry (like some masks that suck all the moisture from my skin!). For oily skin types, I feel like this would be a nice way to purify your skin and remove excess oil!
